the real question is why do we not have a skin with his mask off?
we already know what he looks like, in his “wanted” spray you see a picture of Roadhog with no mask and sunglasses yet we got the new year event (not even the year of the pig btw) and instead of taking his mask off as we already know he’s got a snout they put a full pig head over his pig head?
then when year of the pig rolled around he literally got nothing… missed opportunity.

Because it’d be against Roadhog’s code to skin and wear something he loves.
Pachimaris aren’t sentient being in the world of Overwatch though, are they? I thought they were just squeaky plushies.
They are Plushies. But I don’t see Roadhog as the type to make his own costume (unless it’s like a mascot thing idk 
) as he does hide his pachimari away after he emotes.
It’s just something that brings him a little joy.
