If there’s one thing that’s way too detailed in this game, it’s Roadhog’s sound design. Every step he takes he lets out a little fart from god knows where. He is an asthmatic freight train of a human being and the noises he makes are ungodly.
There’s an interaction with Reaper where if you have subtitles on, it goes something like
Reaper: You got a problem, Junker?
Roadhog: Yeah. wet sounds
If there’s one nerf Roadhog needs, it’s a nerf to his sound design and the farts he makes when he walks
They’ve nerfed enough of the character this game once had. Besides, if Roadhog doesn’t produce any methane, then who run Junkertown?
Absolutely true they need to gut Roadhog. I have no idea who has that kink from the developer team, but let’s just not.

You know what? Sensory input is subjective, maybe he really just has squishy, muddy boots that fart constantly.
Huffing gas all the time has nothing to do with it.

You can undelete it, it does strengthen your point, other than the fact Hog isn’t slopping around in… two feet (30cm) of mud all the time in rubber boots. He’s walking on usually cement in cleanish boots and farting up a hurricane (imo). But he does have a Pig Pen muddy skin so maybe there!
