Because resurrecting someone is kind of an important thing to know? I don’t understand why anyone would have a problem with this.
A better question is, why wouldn’t rez have a sound cue? It’s definitely not map wide though, it only affects a general area. It doesn’t really make any more difference than any other ability voice line in the game.
