Because not everyone has a keyboard with a dedicated key for that. I do, and once someone asked me in game how I did to write Lúcio with the “cool u,” but since it wasn’t some kind of code ( like alt + 183 to write À ) I couldn’t tell them. It’s simply the key between m and * on my beyboard.

And my uncle’s surname is Błażejczyk, but in Australia (where he lives) they write it as Blazejczyk, go figure.

Don’t know the alt code and it’s easier to type Lucio than Google the code every time I want to say it :stuck_out_tongue:

If you are concerned about people mispelling hero’s name, Lucio is not the worst victim.

How about Gengu? A LOT of people mispell it as Genji for some weird reason.
