Have you looked at people in martial arts, most of them are fit, same applies for most of the overwatch cast.
Being fit makes people appealing in general.

Having a shapely/nice/prominent whatever isn’t sexual.
It’s how the entire character is presented. Widowmaker is blatantly sexual. Mercy is not.
If you’re going to say that making them fit or shapely is sexual because they could have made them differently… well… you want everyone to just be tubes?
People, especially people who might do say incredible feats, generally would have fit bodies. Fit bodies are usually pretty pleasing to look at. This does not make them extra sexual.

Probably cause Lucio and Junkrat are the only (human) guys under 30. And Junkrat is too grungy to be considered pretty.
Everyone else has gotten to the age where they’re no longer pretty, they’re distinguished.
The irony of Overwatch’s catchphrase “the world could always use more heroes” is that the vast majority of the roster are the old heroes.

Name one overwatch female with big breasts
The only stereotypical ‘female’ is Mercy and her default skins literally only shows skin on her face.
Literally every other female in the game is ‘generally, opinions vary’ unattractive, except Dva but she has small breasts.
Overwatch has the absolute least sexualized female characters of any game I can think of.
