Just put me where I belong. This “predicted diamond” BS is disgustingly braindead when every game I play is with Top 500’s and GM’s. Stop trying to put me lower than I deserve, lower than the games you creeps put me in.

Yeah little buddy, being GM for 4 years is cope. The multiple times Blizzard has admitted to intentionally making your placement rank lower than it should be to give players “the thrill of the climb” is cope.
Every match Ive played so far being against people who have been GM and Top500 for multiple seasons is cope.

The point is playing ranked for me will LITERALLY be pointless. I will be having to fight out of Diamond and Masters despite the fact that every. last. game. will be against top500s.
While other players in my games are playing to reach new peaks, all winning or losing will do for me is get me closer or further from the actual rank of the matches Im in.
The point is Im being forced to waste my time getting to the rank BLIZZARD ALREADY THINKS I AM as evidenced by the fact that all of my games are insanely high elo.
I will be wasting TWO ENTIRE RANKS worth of games. That is my issue.
Wait a week or two for the ranks to become a little normal again first than queue up and quickly get back to your old rank.
Thats not how MMR works. My games will still be in top500. Your displayed rank and your hidden rank do not line up.
Think of how decay works in League of Legends where you can go from Challenger all the way down to Emerald 1 so long as you just never play.
When you come back your games will still be Challenger games, but winning will give you an insane amount of LP to help you get back to where you were. You arent just put in Emerald games.
Only Overwatch wont give me insane SR gains, Ill get the same as everyone else playing in GM only my visible player facing rank will be Diamond. I wont suddenly be in diamond matches.

Thats the thing though, we wont be doing that. Our games will be as high elo as theyve ever been. Internal MMR rating and player facing SR rating do not have to line up.
If I continue with this season I will be playing game after game at my actual rank, not in pisslo wiping people until Im back.

Im EXACTLY where I want to be you moron, the issue is my rank isnt so while I get to play in the right elo, I have to fight through 2 entire pointless ranks.

Im exactly where I need to be on the ladder! Im in top500! I just want my rank to reflect so I dont have to waste who knows how many games just so I can FINALLY start actually playing the ranked mode, I legit gain NOTHING for 2 ranks worth of climbing.
