I started as a flex player. But learned playing that way means you only get to be tank or support never DPS.

That and first time my speed boost lead to 4 kill team stomp on a point I became hooked on playing him

Started off by playing Mercy and then Lucio when this game was released, moved over to Roadhog before season 1 because I found his kit fun to use, that’s basically it.

That’s not actually true, but I main Hanzo because I like his and Genji’s lore. I was inspired to play him after getting annoyed by being killed by Hanzos. So, why not try him out as well?

Albeit my hours on the eldest Shimada brother, my true main is Reaper. I love playing him, but he’s even worse off than Hanzo is in terms of viability. I love the Blackwatch/Talon lore and I think Reaper is an overall well designed character (not to be confused with in-game balancing).

I started maining D.Va because I originally had ammo cap problems (a fancy way of saying I had bad aim LOL) and D.Va didn’t have any ammo at all, so that remove that weakness altogether.

Of course over time I “got gud” and now I play her because I’m good with her (as well as a good tank player).

Generally easy to play, people don’t play her much so they seldom knows how to fight against her, and for some reason i always succeed in flanking with her moreso than with Tracer or Sombra.
And i always appreciate a more strategic approach than being the shooty bang bang kind of guy. Outplaying flankers is just so much fun!

Junkrat Main:

  • I am drawn to characters that are comic reliefs.
  • I like characters with a touch of crazy.
  • I enjoy using explosives in video games. Especially grenade launchers.
  • I’m a sucker for his accent.
  • I like bad boys who could potentially become good boys.
  • Anti heroes are a nice change of pace.

Blizzard literally made him for me. It was meant to be. :heart_eyes:

For the sass, the memes, the microwave, the secret ults spots that nobody can think of, but mostly for this graceful indian lady.
