I wont have used any pings, any of the “i need healing” type hotkeys, or even the regular voicelines for well over a minute, and then I try to and it wont let me. It says “too many messages” but how can that be the case when I had sent 0 messages? I dont get it but its very annoying when I actually do need healing or am trying to ping a widow or something but the game wont let me for literally no reason.
It might just be one of those early season bugs. It happens every time. I tried the every DPS and tank in Clash and I am only at 4/15 of playing heroes NOT in my top three. Yes, I am definitely known for being a flex player. The whole roster is in my top three.
I miss Overwatch 1. If there was a new patch, the game was, like, stable.
Brig launch was not stable…

I just tested in the practice range, if you do 3 quick pings in succession you get locked out for a minute. Just space them out by a few seconds.
As I said in my post, I hadnt used any at all for at least a minute and when I tried to I was locked out
