Sometimes I eat when I play
Other times I wanna pocket the 76
No other reasons
Because she’s the best shot calling hero in the game.
IMO she’s easy to pick up and has a cool design. An angelic healer who can resurrect the dead and has a lock on heal beam so you don’t have to aim for heals? Sign me up!
Mercy is legit the hardest healer to play. I find even Ana easier than Mercy. The sheer number decisions that go into playing Mercy well is far beyond my skill level. And her movement is super hard for me.
It’s way too much brain work to play Mercy.
been playing mercy more often since around two weeks ago, and let me tell ya, there’s a certain satisfaction on dodging everything the enemy team throws at you, and saving everyone from death at the same time.
I’ve always liked overwatch, bc you get your own cool moments, but also it’s so incredibly rewarding to help your teammates in any way. My best role is tank, and I LOVE protecting my teammates. Warms my heart.
Also you don’t aim, so it’s really relaxing after playing with dps.
i pick her if i don’t feel like trying, i only play her because of her cosmetics and rez.
Sometimes I want to float around with angelmom while aimbrain takes a nap.
Ez hero for noobs
She is an entirely different play style than every other hero. Some people like it. Some people don’t.
I really enjoy her mobility and I love being able to help out my teammates instead of going out and getting eliminations.
Because she’s just very fun to play. I can play most supports (except zen and brig) but Mercy will always be my favorite character if all time
Movement seems fun…
She might not be your thing. That’s cool.
Try this, if you really want to see the challenge.
Bring your healing per 10 min average up from 4k to 9-10k. (Some break 11k+)
Bring you damage boost up over 1k+. (Some break 2k+)
Bring your death rate average down from 8+ to 3 or less. (Zero is best)
Do your thing, for teams that generally don’t watch out for you, and beat every other support in the match in defensive assists, kill participation, healing, or whatever floats your boat. Without dying.
That’s what makes her fun for me.
Oh! And never ever let your Ana die.
I play mercy because of her skins really, i Love how The staff of pink is só pretty and i like mvps mercy skin as well so much.
Other than that The fact she doesnt require aim also makes me want tô play her because all my life ive been playing mmo that doesnt require aim skills, overwatch was my first fps and aiming isnt my forte.
Her gameplay is very fun imo. And she is a support, regardless The game i like playing support , i have a very Nice time helping my team tô shine instead of shining myself.
This. I dont care IF my team is dying, Ana shall not die!!
When I play other supports, I find myself missing her movement speed and style. Even Lucio doesn’t scratch the itch!
It’s mostly the multi-tasking and the mobility.
Her TF pace is also quite different than most other supports, most other supports (and tanks for that matter) are based on “instant move”, you get in, you get a cooldown off and if that was good, you got value, while Mercy you have to get constant value so you can match the enemy team in the long run, otherwise you’re soft throwing.
Because I love everything about her playstyle.
The only frustrating thing is being unable to compensate for lacklustre teammates - No amount of healing or damage-boosting can save someone who can’t aim.
When you play holy priest, nature druid in wow, and deckard in heroes of the storm, ya kinda gravitate to her. Imo she is the best healer in the game, great heals without feeling pressured to deal damage is my preferred way of playing healer.
