Every other comp game I queue into is a west coast game with 90+ ms. I’m east coast. The two other people I’m queued with are east coast. Why??? Is it because of server overflow with COVID?

check your region settings maybe?
Used to happen to me quite a bit - particularly when I grinded comp on unearthly hours a lot more. Kind of annoyed me, but on the bright side I occasionally played with OWL players.
Kind of annoying, but I guess the game is dying. 
If they’re on your party and they’re leaders, it’ll always put you on West
That said, overwatch can bug at a times. There was a match where everyone was complaining having 180ms or so. I pressed CTRL+shift+N and found out we were on Brazil lmao

I didn’t even notice that I put west coast there, it was supposed to say east coast

I queued at 3AM and got matched against kephrii pepelaugh
Just FYI, there is no actual east coast server. The closest server is located in Chicago.
