True, they are not in Battle pass - which means that you have to purchase BOTH the hero and BP separately if you want both, essentially paying more, unlike in overwatch where the BP was a bonus reward.
I’m not defending heroes being purchesable, I’m just saying that compared to all the other ftp games - Overwatch had the least greedy system. It was so cheap in fact that Riot went on to rework theirs to escape a backlash. And yet Overwatch got negative reviews for it X)
