Just give Tanks a natural immunity to CC as a whole and give Brigitte her old Shield back (the good release shield, not the flaccid toilet paper she’s had for the past 3 years).
Either that, or give Support higher base health, since they are the primary target of DPS and should have a way to defend themselves.
Or just release a new hero dammit, Blizz really leaving the Supports out to dry here.

It’s almost like there’s an endless amount of ways to flank and dive, but god forbid we have an answer to that.
CC would mostly effect dive tanks which would be a big no no.
Ana remains the same like every other support for the reason that they were too lazy.

Yeah, it’s called playing DPS instead of the trash heap that is the Supports.

I mean she literally is insanely tanky
She HAS CC (whipshot) on a super short CD
She has long range Mercy pocket healing
She has long range AoE consistent healing
Shield bash is insanely good now that it gives her more mobility, does 50 damage, and procs inspire without her having to drop shield so she can also have her support regen kick in…on top of her buffed armor…
What else does she need?
She’s already meta in OWL without Junkerqueen in the game and Contenders with Junkerqueen in the game
Disagree, Brig has nothing unique now that isn’t also a part of another support’s kit. Unless you consider holding shield just for yourself fun.

This is what I’ve been wondering the whole time. People acted like Shield Bash was overpowered then don’t care that Sleep Dart and unlimited Zen super kick is in the game.

Brig is the funnest support right now. Unironically, she should be the benchmark for what an ow2 support should look like. Aside from rally, she has the perfect amount of team support, survivability, utility and damage.
Brig is awesome. If anything, blizzard should focus on other supports.

You can’t comprehend how a short CD full stun that’s nearly impossible to miss when the hero also has a 4sec CD Knockback and is insanely tanky in general is a lot more annoying to play against than a fragile Ana who has a 15 second CD skillshot sleep that you wake up after taking 1 damage or a fragile Zen who can boop you if you stand on top of him?

Hey now, he can apparently stunlock a Junkerqueen to death.
The only reason Mercy isn’t as good as Brigitte is because Blizzard F’d up her jump for the first 3 weeks of the BETA. And every other part of her kit, but whatever, that’s to be expected.
Brigitte at launch had a chunky shield with a stun and high damage, a stupid healing aura, armour packs that ACTUALLY GRANTED ARMOUR, etc. She had it all.
Then they nerfed everything except for the core issue, her damn healing aura. GOATS was only a problem because she could heal the entire team at once.
If they just got rid of that, she could make for a really fun bodyguard Support who can protect the other Support with CC, shields and armour.
Instead they made her a discount Lucio.
Lucio needs his CC (probably) and Zenyatta got what he needed as well. Now both of these are soft CC, but you never specified.
Nah because she had a negative winrate all of the first beta with her GA untouched, and she had a negative winrate for the end of the first beta when she had the perma-flight bug and SJ was insanely buffed
She’s just not good at all compared to Brig, I would LOVE my hero to be as strong as OW2 Brig is
Brig is getting rally changes in the future, that should be MORE than enough and hopefully doesn’t make her too oppressive bc she’s already very strong
I’d trade Zen’s Sparta Kick for a slow on Mercy’s Heal. Choose to either heal your team or slow an enemy. Not overbearing, no damage, entirely utility and cc for the sake of confirming annoying to kill targets like Genji or Lucio.
