D.Va gets to delete half the ultimates in the game. Why doesn’t anyone get to do the same to her?
It makes sense that Sombra of all heroes would be able to hack or EMP D.Va’s bomb after she casts it to shut it down. D.Va deserves to have the same counter-play to her ultimate that she gives to others.

Oh, so D.Va shouldn’t be able to eat McCree/Soldier’s ultimate because walls/shields exist?
Defense matrix is a shield. If your issue is with D.Va being able to stop ultimates, can you make a thread about every other shield in the game as well and find the logic of “Sombra should be able to EMP Rally because it’s not fair!”
We get it D.Va ate your ult move on.
Barriers are in every game. So is cover. Use them.
SD is already one of the weakest ults in the game. It doesn’t need more counterplay, unlike Graviton for example.
Sombra can’t hack a Fusion reactor going berserk as much as she can’t hack a tire filled with explosives moved by some unexplicable force.
DM only fully deletes 4 ults. She also blocks 67% of 3 other ults. Add to that 2 she can only block if the user allow her to. Plus 4 where she can block less than 33% of the damage.
Even counting all those, we don’t get “50% of the ults in the game.”
Hack stops whatever a stun or sleep would stop.
That’s a straw man. D.Va has an ability that deletes half the ultimates in the game, yet no one can do the same to her. I’m just asking for at least one hero to give D.Va a taste of her own medicine.

Because her bomb is invulnerable (doesn’t have health and can’t Be hacked or reflceted)
D.Va only stops projectile based ultimates. Its consistent.
Self-Destruct is in a different category. It is a separate, untargetable entity (to most abilities, apart from those that influence momentum/stop it.) Sombra’s hack would have to be able to hack Dragonstrike and Riptire as well and completely stop them to be consistent.
I understand projectile ultimates are not the easiest to cast, but lots of projectile ultimate characters have abilities that bypass DM. Mei has a stun that pierces DM, Zarya literally counters D.Va etc etc.
Soldier, McCree, Bob, and Reaper all do hitscan damage during their ultimates - and D.Va can block all of them.
This should never happen her ult is the easiest ult to avoid why make it even easier
And im not a dva main who doesn’t want counter play for her ,a lot of heroes can shut her down easily
I feel like I should bookmark this thread and start quoting it, because it is basically the ultimate testament to how the Anti-D.Va’s get that “none of the changes ever made her F-Tier”, will never be happy, will always desperately plead and scrape for just one more nerf.
Seriously, SD’s right down there with Primal Rage (on a hero with some of the lowest DPS in the game, and is still barely an upgrade to his regular gun) and Meteor Strike (which can now almost literally be outwitted by holding down one button) in terms of kills.

Name 14-15 ultimates it deletes, and then I might take you seriously.
D.Va deletes 12 ultimates with dm. That’s pretty close to half.
Name them, please?
You can hack her before she can get back into her mech! Easy way to secure a kill on her.
Also, if you really want to counter her, you can play Zarya or Mei, and Orisa or Reino.
Because hack and EMP are already way too good honestly
