Not so much what you’re spamming, it’s that you’re cluttering up comms by spamming voice lines.

Your voicelines are easier to hear over something like “Group up” or ultimate status…

also there was a blue post a long time ago that did mention you can be banned for comms clutter, and that included spamming voice lines of any kind

Absolutely, for either spam or chat abuse. It disrupts comms and make the coordination worse.

Propably doesn’t matter what voice line you’re using, you’re just spamming and it’s a good thing you got punished for it.

You already answered yourself by putting “spamming” into your title. Spamming is something you can report others for and people tend to get annoyed when others are spamming their voice lines all the time, irrelevant if it’s D.Va or some other hero.

Comms abuse, that behaviour disrupt both communication and coordination. I could go further and say that is could be trolling, which is gameplay sabotage.

One can go and use the voice lines, no problem at all, but when someone is using them non-stop, for me is clear: trolling in one way or another.

No where in his orgional statement mentions his team trying to use coms, the argument coms cluture holds no water.

They’re there to be used, not spammed just to be obnoxious. You have the ability to be considerate over others; you’re likely old enough to know when something is completely annoying.

Why should others have to babysit people who spam voicelines?
