Then only group with people who have open profiles… put it on your LFG group “PROFILE MUST BE PUBLIC”.
However when you find how hard it will be to fill up that group consistently you’ll then get a taste of why private profiles are desired.

I do that but that doesn’t mean they come in with public profiles
or maybe because blizzard made it private by default ever thought of that?
Obviously by a large margin people prefer private profiles. Can you not kick people who don’t have them public?
just because Widow isn’t part of my top 3 played heroes
I usually can get 3rd or 4th place in a widow hs custom game so stop judging people on their top 3 heroes I’m glad private profiles are here.
I have at most like 40ish Hours on McCree. I have some games I’m playing great, critting often, getting picks. Then I have games where I’m playing like literal garbage.
I have at least 400 Hours on Rein since Closed Beta. I have some games where I’m playing great. Protecting my teammates and forcing picks on the enemy. Then there are games where I’d be better off in a literal dumpster.
Time Played is not always equal to relative skill.
I could have like 2 hours on McCree making it look like I’d be better off in a dumpster. What isn’t shown is my time played in CS:S & CS:GO. I could have a ton of hours on both games and you wouldn’t know.
This isn’t even a valid argument I answered to this right here
I also want to say to this yes I don’t know how much time they have on CS:GO but because of that we can’t take risks and assume they might be able to play mccree because in the end if I was wrong the whole team loses SR
