Bubble doesn’t stop stun movements. You got the charge and didn’t take damage. That’s all that matters.
How can Sym teleport a Dva Bomb or a charging Rein ?

It’s just so inconsistent. Brig can’t shield bash/boop flail through shields and barriers, lucio can’t boop through barriers, but doomfist can uppercut, rocketpunch through barriers. They need to make it more consistent
coz he is overpowered and needs to get nerfed but since he gets them views in overwatch league and some people actually think he takes so much skill. they wont nerf him or give him from now on slap on wrist nerfs like the last 2 nerfs he got which legit did nothing to him
It is consistent. Boops that are not physically done, are blocked. IE Lucio and Ball. Boops caused by direct contact don’t stop. If it did, than Rein charge would fail on Zarya bubbles. That’s only granted to Fortify. DF’s ground slam pull is blocked from working. But the impact still happens. If you’re in range.
DF’s punch is still a melee ability. In Zarya’s case, the bubble stops the damage, but because the CC is still tied to Melee, the movement goes through the bubble. Uppercut does the same thing, but Seismic Slam does not because it’s not a melee ability.
Wrecking Ball’s boops do work through the barrier.

He basically has zero tank counterplay. Honestly, it’s ridiculous. He needs to actually have situations where he is the bad pick, not always the best pick in every situation.
Not consistent, as Brig’s shield bash doesn’t go through barriers.
Hog, Orisa, Sigma’s rock. If you’re smart enough - Rein. He has plenty of counterplay, it’s just not “click a button to delete him”.
Brig’s stun doesn’t move you. It’s stuns you. It’s flash bang. Zarya blocks it the same way.
No, I mean in the way how he is great against every tank, no tank is particularly good against him. For the 10% of the time you might be able to do something against him 90% of the time he’s doing the usual thing of flying around getting off uncounterable combos. It’s horrendous to play against and honestly straight up ruins the games. If I could go back and play the game before he was released I would. The game was so much better for him not being in it and it still baffles me as to how he is allowed to be a character in the game at all, never mind the most meta DPS pick of all.

True. Can’t really argue with that actually. I’m primarily salty about no revert on the shield bash nerf. It is super janky when you are trying to bash when you are partially inside a barrier and you go nowhere and waste a critical ability :(.
If I block his damage as Zarya. I have no problem fighting him. He failed to do his job. I won’t be able to kill him. But I’m not going to go out of position to kill him as a tank. No matter how low he is. That is why teams fall apart. That is his goal to make you get pissed off and follow him.
I just wish you could spatially hear his grunt. That is what’s broken. Any position out of camera view just sounds like he’s in the front. So you have no idea where he actually is. This is the case with stereo speakers. I don’t know if this works correctly with 5.1 mix. If I use bubble whenever I hear him. 99% I waste it. Because he’s going after someone else, and not me.
Why can you hook zen in his ultimate?
Why can tp a dva bomb, a charging rein, a bastion and the list goes on.
I think this is a player problem. Roadhog has no problem dealing with a Doomfist; nothing Doomfist can do is powerful enough to burst down Hog.
Orisa can keep Doomfist at range and ignore his CC when he’s close, leaving him defenseless.
Zarya can make herself and a teammate immune to Doomfist’s damage, boosting her own against a target who now has no cooldowns and is fighting a tank at close range.
And while I wouldn’t call Sigma or Reinhardt counters, they both have ways of mitigatting Doomfist’s impact on them. Doomfist’s mobility is linear, making him an excellent target for Sigma’s Rock; even if caught in the combo, Sigma can absorb the damage. Reinhardt is resistant to the CC to begin with and can hold his shield up as he gets thrown around to avoid any additional damage from the hand cannon.
Doomfist can do well against tanks played badly, but playing the tanks well makes Doomfist far less effective.
Same reason why Rein can charge a bubbled Zarya. Doom punch = charge for most interactions I believe.
