You gonna apply the same stupid logic to Juno, Lucio and Mercy? …who are most assuredly more affected but did not receive buffs this patch.
Why does she have an Orb of Harmony on herself (again) when fighting?
Like this hero is stupid easy enough with her lock beam. Any buff she gets will be 100% realized in gameplay regardless of skill level of player. For that reason you don’t buff her “just because.”

Yeah these amateur devs should understand that beginner heroes are actually harmful in PvP. They should make her lockon beam to a normal beam. Then she could be a sane hero, not just for beginners.

I’d like for them to reduce her survivability and give her the crit dmg from that creator patch. That was the most fun Moira ever. Full on dps 24/7!

It just brought the stats in line with the HP buff everyone got followed by the nerfs to HP some then recieved. It hasn’t made her unkillable or anything.
This argument is like all the people saying Hog’s hook combo “isn’t a oneshot”, even though it killed you without you being able to do anything once hooked.
Moira’s beam angle is so wide it may as well be a lock on, you barely have to aim. She’s the perfect character to play while drunk because of this.

I mean yeah I can miss when target is 20m+ away or I’m just holding it against empty space since it costs no ammo anyway, but that’s when I miss.
