I’ve only been able to play a few games both today and yesterday before losing my patience, and I’m down 200 SR on Tank and Damage. How in the world are weekends so trash?

Lots of less invested players hop on during the weekend. It’s better to just not play comp til Monday.

The majority of the playerbase don’t have preschool on the weekends.

I’d advise against playing comp for a while! Overwatch is on sale and is very cheap right now so there is going to be a massive influx of alt accounts… I can only imagine what a dumpster fire it is on the weekend of all days

Seriously, if you care about your SR, stop comping on the weekends.
It’s been great for my SR. It will do wonder for yours.
For me weekend games are more stable, I think it depends on your own consistency. The fact is that weekends = +online = better matchmaking. It is much harder on weekdays because fewer casuals are playing, so the game seems more challenging due to smurfs and other dedicated players being online. On weekends I get more hardstuck border players on the enemy teams and they are easier to beat.

Lot of kids out of school. In fact I never play comp in the afternoon hours, I wait at least 9pm
