I don’t know if this is ever an occuring issue or whatever you wanna call it, but I noticed that in the Settings under Controls, there’s on option that says “Allied Health Bars” and it’s turned Off by defualt meaning new players or some people in general are missing out on a huge piece of info in-game if they have it off not knowing it’s a setting. 
Now maybe it’s just me but I think being able to see your allies (teammates) health bars is a huge piece of information when playing with your team whether you’re playing Healer or not. New players shouldn’t be stuck not being able to see their teammates health bars just because they had no idea it was a setting. 
TL;DR
Allied Health Bars should be on by Default or it just shouldn’t be a setting in general, why would anyone NOT want to know what their teammates health bars are at?
