Why are Reaper's reyes voicelines not in game?

You know, the retribution voicelines for Reaper. Why are they not part of his Gabriel and soldier 24 skin?
Other games does this and are less popular than overwatch, so why not have skin specific voicelines in 2022? Hopefully you guys do it in a future ow2 update

i just heard the beanie reaper skin say clearing the area in a normal voice

I think they claimed it would be “too confusing” meanwhile they give other heroes different voice lines and sound effects on some of their skins lol.

For example Reinhardt has a whole different voiceline for his ultimate on his American Football skin “TOUCHDOWN!” and he also says it extremely fast too compared to the original line.

So I think it’s unfair that he doesn’t have his Reyes lines on S24/Blackwatch

Could easily be fixed by adding an option that desables special voicelines. Also not really that much of a big deal.
If you find it confusing, you’re going to get used to it anyway

I’ve also heard it’s because then they’d have to re-do every single spawn room interaction and/or hero-specific line in the game with the “Reyes” voice.
