If performance based sr is gone?

I finished in masters and placed masters so what was the point?

For starters, performance based SR is gone for diamonds and above, Second, the game still needs to get a read on where you belong

Because we obviously have no idea where our skill level is, so let’s do the same placements 8 times in a row, just to be sure! (I also place masters, end masters.) I would pay blizz to let me skip placements, it’s a massive waste of time and I’m so horribly sick of it I just don’t even wanna play the new season yet.

Placements should be for new accounts only. You do them one time, that’s it.

It’s just a drag that we have to play 10 matches in order to see what SR we’re placed. I do agree that placement matches should only be for new users. But that’s just my opinion.

If they no longer give you the ability to place above your old season high then ya no point at all anymore for anyone but new accounts.
