Enemey tank 16-0, My tank 1-5
Enemy DPS duo, One is smurfing the other is actually bronze
Healer, lucio/kiri/moria just doing dmg with zero focus on healing
Constant lvl 1 who just sit in spawn typing
and yet the enemy team is working in pairs, making collective attacks, etc. used to be high diamond and now just in storm of gold players in this elo hell.
I miss old OW pre-projectile size health boost that not one person asked for.
im not gonna lie to you. matchmaking is gonna put you with similarly skilled players. if you don’t want teammates like that do better yourself and your mmr will climb
but it doesn’t, im in a game right now, my tank 13/7 their tank 28/3. Im 16/4 with 10k dmg. I know stats dont mean anything but seriously how is this tank the same skill as me and their tank?

and youre assuming they enjoyed that. In that game, our tank obvilously ranked correctly. Enemey tank was on a 5 stack and problaby on someones account that is similiar ranked to that group. A smurf, booster, idk.
hahahahahaha why are your games like this? Because it’s Blizzard. There’s literally nothing else to it. Anyone competent would be capable of balancing a game. They can’t.

I’d say it’s selective memory. You remember the bad matches more than the good. In this case you have forgotten all the matches where the matchmaker was in your favor.
It’s possible they both know that you want to remove tanks and decided to team up against you.

It is just team balancing. If your MMR is high relative to the lobby, they balance it by placing you with boosted dead weight to compensate for the discrepancy.
The people who do not experience this are lowkey telling on themselves. Tsk, tsk, tsk!
Im a tank player. Ive yet to had a match where i was the reason we lost in the last two weeks. Some matches are unwinnable sure, but if youre arguing that you lose more then you win its definitely a you issue. You have impact as a player. Play better and play consistently well. Dont blame your team
Tank diffs are certainly there due to skill, but often it can also be caused due to lacking support or yours is countered , theirs is not.
All I can say to op is my games don’t reflect that. Sure some are just insanely outbalanced if you load in as solos against a 5 stack and sometimes it will be like that an entire night. But often not.
