OK Kiriko Kunai are so small… WHY? they are a projectile just like Hanzo, and Mei
Sweat nervously when I play kiriko with 30% crit rate. Once you get used to her, she is the easiest projectile to land
Probably gonna take awhile … as I cant hit anything with those Kunais
One of if not the easiest projectile to hit, no damage drop off, 3 (or 4x I forgor) crit multiplier, shoots in a straight line and is relatively fast. Can two shot most supports and dps. Thank god it’s not any larger
Dink! Dink! Dink!
If you were capable of hearing this sound on the receiving end, you would understand why her projectiles are so small.
Doesnt Hanzo one shot though?
its practically twice the size of hanzo projectiles
After a brief charge. Though it is a small charge time.
Is it really? Why can I hit with Hanzo but not Kiri? Hmmm
Because each projectile is different, you must get used to it
cause full charged hanzo is faster and has arcing projectile, kiriko is linear like zen and slower but faster fire rate, practice is key.
Its easier to hit crits with kiri but you need twice that of hanzo and bodyshot is low dmg.
Meanwhile Orissa is trowing a tree that hits anything that it within 10 feet of it.
Switching from pine trees to sequoias can throw you off a bit. It’s all about muscle memory.
We call that thing Yggdrasil.
Kind of a skill issue
her kunai are at 0.18m. hanzo and genji are at 0.1m for comparison
she also has a fast fire rate
Everything with Kiriko’s projectiles are fairly fine.
- You as a support can’t heal and DPS at the same time. You have to focus on one or the other. If you hard focus damage, others dies around you for your negligence as no other role can heal as supports can. If you try to heal and dmg, then your damage drops off dramatically.
- Kunai is still much larger than several projectile and relatively similar size to many. Its between smaller than the lower dmg / higher fire rate projectiles and bigger than a few of the high dmg projectiles.
- Given the disparity between body shot and headshot damage you are more heavily punished for missing headshots. Its a 5hko bodyshot or 3khko /w 1hs.
Landing headshots at longer ranges is almost impossible to consistently guarantee meaning you need to hold closer distances which is risky as it puts you in close range of many heroes good power levels.
They are almost as big as Pharah’s rockets, and bigger than Mei’s icicle. Go to training range and test the size of all the projectile hero’s projectiles.
Kiriko’s are gigantic and way too easy to hit for how much damage they do on headshot.
It used to be 3x, but a little while back they dropped it to 2.5x and upped the base damage a bit.
I hope they nerf her damage tbh
So small, that it is a better sniping tool than widow.
Have you ever held a kunai? They’re fairly small.
