Why is the avoid feature not functioning correctly?

Probably different players with the same name

this ^^

and also if you have put yourself in queue and then avoided someone after. It can still match you with that player for the next game. To completely avoid someone you need to be out of queue when you avoid them.

Unless there are two HotJizzDrinkers, I doubt it was a different person. Also this was the entire game before.
