It’s lower damage and also you can’t one shot when damage boosted. This change serves the same purpose.
People were complaining about tanks being melted, not about Pilot D.va and Tracer being one-shoted.

Because Supercharger and also 70 achieves 3 shots vs 200hp heroes which was an Ana main’s chief complaint. Honestly, if you still play Ana today and played her before the 80 -> 60 nerf and haven’t worked Quick Melee into your rhythm and playstyle, perhaps it’s time to adapt.
Because they also want to reduce how fast he gets his ult charged.

Lower damage -> lower Ult charge rate.

You can say almost the same thing about 10.
it’s not 450 (5 damage nerf) it’s 420 (dank) damage with 10 damage nerfed. (as bodyshots)
70 isn’t that bad of a tweak. Not what I expected, but it’s whatever. 
It couldn’t been worse. They could’ve messed with his arrow speed again. I’m only just now getting used to that.

It’s easier to hit some crazy airshots. It’s really surprising how much it changed his potential.
Because 75 can oneshot tracer.

I’m talking about Hanzo, not Ana.
Still, i don’t get the Supercharger thing. The numbers are known.

When it comes to hanzo though, he can use Storm Arrows twice during the Supercharger duration depending on when he activates it. those +5s add up when there’s 12 in total.
It brings the damage down to 420, not 390!
