I completed the twelve hour drop thing for rainy day mei on twitch. I linked my battlenet account and claimed the skin. Little did I know that when I logged on later, everything but the rainy day mei skin would be gone. My skins, my progress, my friends, my titles, my player icon cards, everything. I contacted support, but who knows when this will be resolved. Has anyone else ever had this issue? I think the most ironic part is that I didn’t even get all the mei drops, I’m still missing the victory pose even though I completed the twelve hours. I’ve sunk so much money into this game, and idk what I’ll do if nothing can be done. I might be done with the game for good tbh.
Linking accounts does not delete previous cosmetics. You likely linked the wrong account vs the one you normally play on.
I thought so too, but I’ve made most of my purchases through my app, so that doesn’t really make sense that it was the wrong account
The only troubleshooting is to check the accounts. If you’re not sure whether you have multiple accounts, open a ticket for Customer Support to look into this matter for you.
