As in someone who only plays Zarya? That I don’t know. However, Emongg, Harbleu, and Somjuu are the ones I watch. They have some really clean Zarya gameplay in my opinion. However, they won’t always lock that hero. I think someone above me mentioned watching an unranked to GM video. Those videos are long as hell though. So, prepare yourself mentally.
Your Overwatch (YouTube) has some pretty good basic guides. These videos got me from plat to diamond back when I was on the grind. Very helpful in my opinion.

Her bubbles are 10 seconds each. Try to divide the cooldown by two. Start one bubble then the next bubble in 5 secs. Then it will seem that you will have bubbles ready every 5 seconds instead of 10.
The skill with Zarya is cooldown management and when to use them.
If at any time you feel your not getting enough energy from the bubbles it may be time to switch off.
Woohyal, Canasion has some good zarya guides as well.
Kaffeeee is hands down the best Zarya imo but he doesn’t play the hero nowadays

She is simple though target priority for bubbles, pushing hard when u have self bubble, and backing out when you dont, making use of ur shields to tank damage instead of popping bubble always, have good tracking aim, given her beam size its much easier than say tracking with a soldier.
