For me its a tie between Roadhog and Torb.
Roadhog
I played him for the first time after his latest change and I dont know what I was expecting but his gun does like…nothing. Its basically a confetti cannon 
Our team vs hog = get deleted left and right, hookshot combo’d, all of us cowering behind the shield while he heals through a dva ult
Me playing roadhog = land a hook then spamming primary fire but they wont die until I panic heal but they focus me kill me anyways because i forgot im a big slow ult battery C’: #WorstHogNA
Torb
I hate having to babysit a turret. 
I like Sym a lot because with her I can be more creative. Make kill rooms, get a tele or a shield gen, microwave with the gun-- Torb I basically had to plop it down then stand there and hammer it every 5 seconds because of a a very determined Pharah. I was so bored.

Mei.
I just don’t feel the character, her projectiles are so unique and knowing myself when I get used to one projectile speed I forget how the rest work.
No matter how many skins the game has given me, I just can’t. ( I only miss 2 of hers I s2g – )

For me it would have to be Phara.
Something about hovering around shooting rockets and sinply getting results because the poor dude you where killing has no ranged attacks is just bloody boring.
If your a phara main props to ya, you have the patience of a saint.

Good torbs build a turret or sometimes don’t even upgrade it and run at enemys with a 150 damage on bodyshot shotgun.
Getting countered feels bad.

Brig and Mei.
Brig because I hate how easily she can do everything, and how well she can do it for the brain deadness it takes to play her. It’s infuriating to go up against, and it isn’t a challenge to do well.
Mei because I’m just not a fan of her style. I’d also add Sym to the list for the same reason, but I’ve willingly picked Sym a few times to give her an honest shot. Saying I’d never pick her is just a lie. She’s a once in a blue moon choice for me.

I play all heroes, the ones that I play the least are those that I suck with: Genji, Widow, Hanzo, Junkrat.
But there is one that I really hate: Pharah. I hate her for the Pharmercy spam, and my team lack of switching to counter them. Despite all that, I am a mediocre Pharah, not too great but not terrible.
Rein. I’m much better as Orisa as it is, and I just cant seem to get the feel for how the battle flows around Rein. I never do well as him.

Despite being my favourite character, it is not worth picking sombra, I despise pretty much everything about junkrat and I’m just Garbo at pain Ana.
Genji, because because cheap trick “made in China” robots belong in the dollar store or the garbage, not in my hero roster.

Least played heroes are mostly new and i do enjoy playing all of them.
The only time i refuse to use a hero is when it just feels cheap to play them like Super McCree, Moth Mercy, Bastions never die, or ‘hey lemme OHK Zarya with my alt-fire’ Hog. I also don’t feel comfortable doing Pharmercy, just play Zen and leave me alone!

Personally I’d never play Symmetra just because I don’t like her story/ personality, and it feels super cheap to me when I’m killed by her so I wouldn’t do it to someone else.
Also Bastion, not exactly because he feels cheap, but idk- I don’t really know how to say it. It’s kind of like bringing a machine gun to a fist fight; I kind of feel like I’m cheating. Obviously playing him isn’t cheating, but that’s the feeling I get.

Personally, Symmetra (Yes, even after rework) and Sombra.
Both playstyles are extremely boring to me, and something I can never see myself doing, even as a fill.

I hate literally everything about him
I wish hanzo would kill him again
