Like overall. If you had to consider every voiceline a character has, who’s is the best and who’s is the worst.
Personally I’d say Sombra has the best because they’re so sarcastic and rude.
But as for worst I’d probably say Echo or Ashe because I just don’t find any of Echo’s interesting AT ALL and Ashe’s are very mediocre and she hardly gets new ones and when she has it has been something kinda pathetic like “you follow”
Best, I dunno. Junkrat’s are my favorite tho. They’re basically action film one liners

I like genjis voicelines, like “you need healing” or “mada mada”, but baptistes are nice as well, theyre so ironic

I really like Bap and Brig tbh!
Reinhardt hands down. Approaching the enemy? Come heeeeere Squishies running away? Are you chicken?!? Charging off the map? Catch phrase! He can say anything in any situation with so much energy it’s amazing. Close contenders are Moira, Wrecking Ball, and Torbjörn.
Echo is the worst. I can’t tell what her personality is and she’s had multiple voice actors to boot.

They all have mediocre voice line writing (C/D tier level imo), I really love how some of the voice actor perform (Like Jennifer Hale and Boris Hiestand) and some voice line spam (like AND DEY SEY/UNIVERSE IS A HOLOVID). So my best bet is Roadhog. He doesn’t talk much so he doesn’t have so many poorly written lines. And usually he’s speaking on the point.

I think Mercy’s are really great, Reinhardt’s voice lines are downright phenomenal. McCree’s lines ain’t bad either, Matt Mercer is a genius voice actor.
Zarya, some of her lines are absolutely hilarious.
I don’t know, but what I surprisingly don’t like is Ashe’s lines. This is shocking to me too because I was really looking forward to the rebel outlaw boss lady, it’s kind of up my alley, plus voiced by Jennifer Hale? My god. And yet as much as I admire Jennifer Hale’s strong, charismatic voice and excellent delivery, I don’t think this Southern accent is working. I don’t know. Might just be me. I probably have no idea what I’m talking about and feel free to call me stupid if you’re from the American South but to my ears… I don’t know.
Anyway. For voice lines, I’m going to have to go with Reinhardt. Yeah. Best voice lines right there.

Torbjorn. Every single one has combo potential, and they’re all hilarious. He just does not miss.
