Of the current support roster, it feels like I can only really play her with Lucio. Her lack of utility and focus on healing makes me feel like she doesn’t synergize well with most other supports. I’m curious how others feel about it.

I feel pretty good to be honest. 
She works quite well with low healing healers because she can make up for the difference.
Mercy especially has the freedom to hard pocket a DPS because moira can keep up the tanks herself.

Yeah it’s kinda weird. I played some Moira / Bap or Moira / Brig comps which are okayish, but in my opinion there are way better support comps compared with Moira in the team. The best comp with her is probably Lucio in a rush comp. She is more situational Imo.
I actually prefer her with strong healers at least until like masters elo. A lot of diamond and under players really don’t know how to deal with a good moira
I don’t have a lot of thoughts on playing her with mercy or zen, I feel like I don’t like that combo but I’m not sure why 100%
Ana, bap, fine, brig probably fine if the brig is good. Lucio actually feels pretty hit or miss with me, it’s really hard to find a team under Masters who actually knows how to properly coordinate a rush comp and take advantage of speed boost reliably. I feel like if you’re gonna run a rein based brawl comp in metal ranks you might as well just slam as much healing into it as you can and not even worry about the speed unless you really got chemistry… just my pov tho

I think she works fine with any main support, that is, Mercy, Lucio or Brig. I’d usually not play her with a Zen, Brig or Ana.
Uhh yeah that’s it. She’s always been a bot for Lucio rush comps. However they overnerfed her while preparing to give her value in her kit somehow, which they never did, so now she’s the weakest support in the game. You’re better off playing Baptiste in every spot you’d play Moira, unless the opponents’ carry is a Sombra and you need her to use the M2 to block the hacking in the backline

She works decent with off-healers. But her best synergy is with Lucio.
Well depends on the elo, under masters you can play her with anyone most of the time, when you get to a rank where support synergy is important, lucio is your go to for rein comps and you can play bap for sigma comps, you can even try brig and you’d have a pretty stable backline packing quite a punch and one that isn’t too easily harassable
mercy because I’m a mercy main and can reasonably pick up heals where moira can’t whether if that’s in terms of reach/positioning or whether because she ran out of them as the team like sponging damage or if she just wants to be aggro and I can fill in for heals temporarily.
idealistically lucio for a rush comp.

I only play her with Lucio, other supports have much better synergy options imo, especially when you consider your tank line-up. It’s not to say you can’t have fun and play her, but if you’re a more competitive player, you’ll wanna steer toward other options when the other support isn’t Lucio

Well, Moira like you said is all about healing, up close.
So compositions she would work well with need to be up front while needing less heal because of her high healing.
A risky possible idea is Zenyatta, as you are able to use his really good utility without the fragility of low healing. Moira is also a nice anti dive hero which helps with Zen’s weakness a bit.
I guess Mercy is also a possability in order to allow her to pocket someone.
Overall I would say the higher the utility the better it is with Moira.
Honesty I’ve been playing literally every support that isn’t Moira at the moment. Though when I do play her it’s usually with Lucio or Brig

Usually I’ll jump at the chance to play Lucio. Down here, the only support that’s more likely to be healing-focused is a Mercy, and Lucio+Mercy is…eh. Moiras go for gold healing and they go in hard.
But if I’m in the mood for hitscan I’ll play Bap:76 instead. Yeah, yeah, it’s not optimal, but I still bring damage, utility and I can be a backup healer if Moira runs out of juice. Give me a Lucio/Zen hitscan support and I’ll use that instead.

Moira is generally good for fast-paced comps where you want to end fights quickly because her limited healing resource means she’s going to be at a disadvantage in more drawn-out fights. So personally I feel like Lucio is the only support she truly pairs well with.
i don’t play moira as much anymore but comps i do enjoy are mercy/moira, lúcio/moira

Idk, I play her pretty much with every support, but for me, she is map specific - works best on control point maps for me.
Yep you are right lucio is the only hero you can play with her and not be suboptimal. Maybe brig if you hate tracer.
