Long range heroes (e.g. Widowmaker) are very strong against Reaper, as well as heroes like Mccree who can duel him at close range.

mccree ,widowmaker , solider

mccree can fight him almost any range (depends of your aim ofc)

but soldier and widow , just keep your distance and shoot him

ah and hanzo ,but hanzo counters 99% of the heroes in the game , so it’s not something new

Pharah counter reaper pretty hard, but if he is paired with a good hit scan it would be harder

Pretty much everything to be honest.

Pretty much all DPS counter reaper.

Hog is a fairly even match up.

Moria and Sym can shut reaper down pretty well.
Lucio can’t kill reaper, but he can peel/boop for anyone else.

In short pretty much the only people reaper can kill is the slow tanks and supports.

Thats a pretty fair fight between Pharah and Hanzo - whichever player is better will win (or pharmercy will win easily).

Players who don’t act as if he no longer exists because he went into apparition for a couple seconds are the people who counter him.

Amazingly, the same players are also quite effective against Zarya.

Reaper main here (or dps main maybe ?) biggest counter to reaper would be widow. absolutely cant play reaper when their team has a good one. hanzo with his new E would f*ck him up too.
Other dpses being counter or not is just based on who is better at overall.
I can see too many people playing hog being too relying on the hook. As soon as they miss the hook they retreat and ended up becoming a ult charger for reaper but they dont know… that hog would win reaper in a solo with left-click

hmmmm I think reaper vs hog is a 50-50 but actually I think reaper has slight advantage. If he hooks you then wraith away and get health pack. If he lacks his hook just get in his face and headshot him faster than he can kill you.
