I think they’re aware of it being problematic. Do you remember that experimental patch a while ago where they tried to revert it and compensate buff his health?
I’m sure he’ll get some changes soon enough if the recent flashbang nerf isn’t enough.

Summer Games Fest isn’t overwatch related. To put it simply, it’s a gaming convention that’s being hosted online this year and many big name companies (Sony, Microsoft, Bethesda, EA etc) will give “breaking news” on what’s coming from them.
