Brig - moira - mercy - ana - Lucio - bap - zen
If you’re talking theoretical brig should be higher or the highest

I mean potentially zen could trans, heal a billion health, get 10 headshots in a row, and repeat. That gives him the highest potential.
Single target in 1 second, sure. But in reality/over time armor pack is effectively ~25hps when used on cooldown. Combined with *inspire that’s still only around 40 a single target over time.
Any of the main healers (Ana Mercy Moira Baptiste) does more (Baptiste and Mercy only somewhat) but can either heal multiple people at once or do it at greater range (both for Baptiste). While Moira might “only” heal for 80HPS on M1, she can hit 5 people with it and also combo it with piss orbs.
That being said, she should be above Lucio. Their range and HPS is about the same but between armor pack and Lucio having to switch to speed, she’ll probably do more healing often.
That’s why everyone runs Brig as a solo healer.

Armor pack does not do 25 heal in practice lol
Completely forgetting about inspire there.
I don’t really get what you mean. I know its not really the same thing as having a 25hp harmony orb, I’m just saying that for the purpose of stats, over a long period of time using it on cooldown its effectively around 25HPS.
whoops, I meant inspire, not rally. if we were counting ults then no way brig would even compare to Trance or seizure beam

In a fight she heals the most provided she can keep a high inspire uptime, there’s no resource limitation to her, plus armor pack and rally on top
My point still stands there, how many times has anyone run a comp with a solo brig as healer and it actually worked?
I mean I have myself but let me tell you, it was arduous and only on defense when we had respawn advantage (cause yeah, you’re not gonna save all that many people yourself, and have to rely on your allies dodging enough for your heals to keep up).

This is the point. If Brig did heal the most (as an off healer mind you), she could be run by herself successfully.

I’ve done it a couple of times, but, it’s been low ranked play.
It could have been any support really.
I wouldn’t try to solo heal as her.
