For me it’s Aziawa (Eraserhead) I think his quirk would make a cool mechanic.

We already have that (sombra) I forget his name but I want the dude who clips through things. He could go underground as a mobility tool but be blind to how far he went, therefore making it a high skill movement ability as you need to know how fast he goes and predict where you are. And when he comes up he launches in the air a little bit. This would also have little indication since there would be no audio cues. Another caveat is that he cant climb up things using this, so he wouldnt have much vertical mobility until he came out. Giving you a way of countering him. I could see him being very strong on certain maps like volskaya, hanamura, busan, etc.
Aizawa since he’ll basically just be sombra but better in every way. All he needs to do is just look at the enemy team and they can’t use any of their abilities or ultimates
Sero would be good for mobility and trapping enemies. Imagine just swinging around like spider-man and using tape to stick foes together.
Finally Mirio would the very defination of difficult but strong. Sure you can phase through anything and warp through materials but you’re completly blind while doing so it’s gonna take a lot of predicting if you want to make up for his weaknesses.

Aoyama. A highly mobile DPS hero who has different uses for the his navel laser that you can toggle.
Mobility, and Offense. You can only use them for 1 sec each and then they go on cooldown for 4 seconds. Those tummyaches are brutal.

Symmetra is Momo because they can create anything
Reaper is Fumikage because of edginess
