Lets say every hero attempts to go after the Deadlock Gang for any reason. Which heroes are able to capture or kill to win a fight with them? There are no groups, just the single hero.
There is however two exceptions. Ashe and McCree do not go after the gang. Since McCree already took them on and won, and Ashe is the leader.
So for me, I think Soldier and Sym can beat them.
Soldier would kill the entire gang if they make him angry. He is very brutal towards criminals.
Sym would capture everyone of them pretty easily. Since Sym is kind of OP in lore.
What heroes do you think can solo the gang by killing or capturing?

You crazy? Jetpack cat can solo all of Talon and Overwatch at the same time. He is too strong to be included here.

The Deadlock gang are a bunch of cowboy larpers, any one of the heroes would crush them
Assuming “superhumans” like Genji, Tracer, Doomfist, etc don’t count? Because they’d dismantle the deadlock gang,
Honestly, I can’t see those deadlock buffoons beating most of the roster after losing to McCree. He’s a skilled gunslinger, but he’s still just one guy with a gun. A better question is, who can’t take them on. Mercy probably can’t. For anyone else, it’s a more of a question of “can they beat Ashe?”. I don’t know if Mei can. I want to say Pharah can’t, but that’s bias from their gameplay interaction and I don’t think that would reflect in an actual fight.

The other 3 snipers are all skilled at infiltration and assassination and could def do it.
Genji, Hanzo, Doomfist, Ana, Winston, Hammond, Widowmaker… so many more. Over half the cast IMO
Sigma, if he wanted. He could probably crush their whole base to the size of a pretzel with a click of his toes, should he wish.
Overwatch job security. Catch and release, times are tough. 
I would say Baptiste, Mercy… Zen maybe? I mean he is peacfull monk. Zarya needed to ult Sombra to beat her so I am not sure about that match up. Moira wouldnt bothered to fight them. Phara might have some troubles since they have snipers.
Angry Winston beat Talon squadron so I think he would beat them. Rein destroyed biker gang, easy. D.va took herself squids from Matrix, so yeah no sweat. Sigma would make piano from their gravity crashed bones. Roadhog wouldn’t have much troubles. Hamtaro would just steamroll them. Orisa wpuld mow then down easly. Echo wold laugh while they got lazer’d and stick’d. Tracer would recreate Quicksilver scene. Genji is used to take out ton of goons so is Hanzo. Widow took out target with much more protection than Deadlocks. Reaper took on big Russian mech in factory surrounded by enemies and won. Soldier showed how he deals with gangs. Junkrat is on run from police across a globe and still blow up building in Sydney. Symmetra is bassically DC Lantren Core so… Yeah. Doomfist leveled Skyscraper. Bastion is litteral war machine. Torb took down giant mech and travel world to dismantle aggresive omnics. Sombra would use information to set them up and lock by police. Ana was fighting agnist crime lord in Cairo, so here would win as well. Lucio was head of rebellion so I dobout he would have problems.

Probably Genji. He took down the entire shimada clan who were on high alert.
Lets not forget taking out characters with superhuman abilities. Sigma would decimate any gang or squad in his path. So would Genji, Winston, Doom, Tracer, Reaper.
Sombra maybe would be able to. She could just hack BOB and the omnic sniper to turn off temporary then stealth kill the others.
Echo with copying BOB or just flying around and Sticky Bomb everyone
D.Va, Junk, Hog, Hammond
Canonically speaking: I’d be most terrified of Sigma. I think he’s gonna be Overwatch’s Night King.
