Where's the Bob Hate?

People have been crying about Symm’s aimlock, Torb’s turret and Moira’s right-click, but there’s a lack of threads about how Bob should be reworked even though Bob’s an aimlock ability as well.

Some consistency would be nice.

a huge hitbox guy that comes running at your team with minimum protection short of health, that doesn’t have a very long duration, isn’t call for op, especially since he can just be slept, then melted when it seems necessary.

Bob is an ult so he doesn’t show up all that often. Add in that there’s lots of ways to handle Bob. Just… no one finds him unfair.

Also Bob is awesome.

I hate Bob as an ultimate, not because he’s OP but because of his overall design.
He takes a long time to charge for a good ultimate when he should be a weak ultimate that changes quickly.

And he can be hacked, shot, set on fire, frozen, and even waved at. He also likes to run into corners where he can’t see or into the nearest hole and jump in. He also loves to dive off cliffs. Bob is not very smart it seems.

It’s ok to be killed by a B.O.B Who literally isn’t a player and can aim bot…
Even if it helps kill entire teams when used correctly…

But it’s not ok for a Bastion to get kills in sentry mode.

Well nobody who can’t aim is going to play an aim-intensive hero just to get 12 seconds of autoaim every couple minutes.

It’s just not as high of a priority as everything else. Ashe’s kit would be in annoying in most other games but, in Overwatch you’ve got so much else that’s annoying that it doesn’t rate that highly atm.

There’s no inconsistency here. Running Bastion in sentry mode is several worlds apart from a 12-second turret.
