I just want to know where he was made. Its important for me to know because of a unspecified reason.

Maybe in Germany because that’s where his fleet attacked?
It might be true but they where made all around the world. Some where made in Russia and some in Brazil.
By the way, the reason he wants know is because we were having an argument as to how many Swedish heroes there are in the game. I say 2. He says 4. He says that bastion is Swedish, and that Torb’s turret qualifies as a hero. (He’s a little soft in the head ^^)

Due to the fact that the lore does not specify where Bastion comes from, we have to use logic to infer the answer.
And if you use logic, Germany is the most likely answer for the origin of Bastion. If the omnics were manufactured around the world (including Germany), why would they send a Swedish fleet all the way to Germany?
The answer: they wouldn’t. They would send a fleet that was manufactured in Germany. So - while I understand that you may believe he is Swedish - unless it is confirmed by the lore, the simplest answer is the one that is most likely correct.
(This refers to the principle of Occam’s Razor, which states that the simplest answer, or the one that requires the least speculation is usually correct. Since my argument includes less assumed information, it is more likely correct.)
P.S - Obviously I could be proved wrong IF it is revealed the the lore that everybody’s favorite E54 is from Sweden.
would it matter to you that since he was likely made by the Omnics who don’t acknowledge nationality or human regional division, he wouldn’t be either? He is Omnic.
