No it isn’t It’s asking for an aim-based hero that doesn’t require great aiming; and specifically a female one.
What a load of nonsense this is. “People” don’t play for relatability, they play what they enjoy/are good at.
I’m a heterosexual, white male, with next to no relatability to Tracer, yet I main her, is it because she in any way relates to me? Of course not. How many heartless, adult, French females are playing Widow. Or is it people that enjoy her sniper style and are good at it that usually main her?

If you want a noob friendly female hero play Mercy, Pharah or Brigette. You can’t recreate Soldier it would ruin what makes him Soldier.

All the characters you stated are nothing alike and play completely different. They have different personalities and play styles.
You can’t do that with Soldier as he is a standard fps noob friendly hero. You can’t recreate that as that is what Soldier is your just making another Soldier.

I actually think this is true, but you still shouldn’t balance a hero around their person. Their person should be based around their gameplay.
