Key word here - Spawn. Noone gonna confuse it with Winston during match and start shooting at decoration.

Still they could leave dock open and place maitenence sign all over it.

She does have some darker versions of this mecha. Maybe leave it in pieces? That would be cool.

The only dark versions she has are carbon fibre, outlaws and dynasty and they’re all black. I feel like a grey one wouldn’t be too hard to differentiate from those 3 black skins. Maybe they could put the mech in the garage in the background??

Someone already suggested the empty slot for dva mech on twitter and michael chu said he d relay it to the art dept

well she is playable character, I am sure they pull other´s mechs out too, when/if they come as playable

and I am sure D.va just pulls that mech out of her bum :wink:

It really wouldn’t be hard to make an empty room with a pink light. Don’t know why they didn’t bother in the first place.

Wish they at least made an empty storage that signifies that dvas mech is stored there, making 5 total.

They could just have D.Va’s slot for the Meka. But empty.
There could be spare models or part of it though, I mean, we saw it can get pretty damaged.
Heck why not the (unfinished?)model in repair with a different color(not painted?) we see in the cinematic ?

When D.Va is being played, the chamber would be empty, but when she isn’t, her meka is in the chamber.

Then, that would let people playing D.Va try to pull a fake out and stand in her mech’s chamber and wait for people to run by and sneak attack! :smiley:
