Okay I’m here with the Lore friendly headcanon.

Because Vishkar has hilariously bad security Torbjorn just stole a functional teleporter because none of the guards looked down.

He reverse engineered the Teleporter and Miniatureised it.

He placed a Teleporter in a specialised room where Torb keeps his hammers and deployable turrets while using his Rivet gun. He called it hammerspace. He later distributed the Tech to the rest of the Overwatch members which is how they can all seemingly get infinite ammo from nowhere, it’s from a store-room with a ludicrously large ammo pile inside of it.

See you have your own concerns. BUT, A HUMAN ARM, BUT IT HAS SHURIKENS IN IT?! Oh, and how hacks stop a McCree from rolling and Soldier from sprinting. Also, Roadhog probably picks up scrap from everyone’s corpses, like Torbjorn does.

Roadhog is putting the flesh of the fallen heroes into his weapon, which acts as a grinder.

Actually, if you consider it, probably a heck of a lot of scrap to gained off a D.va mech or a Bastion corpse. Or any other person with mechanical body/bodyparts.

I thought that human Genji had some kind of compartment on his wrist but… it doesnt look like it lmao
