Where do you see the changes for mirrorwatch mode

theres nothing in the patch notes, theres nothing in the “info” “right click the actual game card” … so what gives? even the aprilfools changes are better documented than this

or is it there in game and im just not seeing it?

No, it was on the main PlayOverwatch website. If you go to News, it’s the first article on the top left. It’s the only place I could find them on an official channel. I only realized where they were because I was watching an Emongg video on it.
