Where are the soldier and McCree skins?

I have a distinct feeling we literally will have to wait until October 4th for them. But please someone tell me that’s not the case
Edit - I mean the watchpoint pack skins

I have all of my soldier skins but not all of my Mercy skins, I have about half of them.

I mean the space McCree and soldier skin. For the watchpoint pack

Pretty sure the pack states you’ll get them on the games release in Oct.
