I’m really confused as to why they weren’t in the shop. It’s like they forgot they even added them. Doesn’t make sense.

Yeah like what?? It’s the same with the new player cards/headers they added…Like where are those??
Why add player profile cosmetics when you’re not even gonna make them avaliable to buy in the first place??

The icons aren’t even part of the shop. They are so lazy that they didn’t even bother to change that for their “new” game.
I’m so annoyed about icons not being in bundles as well

It’s really annoying how late the forum really is with updating the new icons on here 
I mean i think i have seen icons in the shop tho, if i’m not mistaken but i guess it’s very rare

I saw a good video explaining that it’s likely part of the legal issues with selling items you can’t buy elsewhere on a discount.
You can’t buy Player Icons individually anywhere, so they don’t want to risk including them and getting in any potential legal issues over it.
I guess we will have to wait and see if they sell them individually in shop at some point, or allow us to buy them from the full Player Icon list.

The takoyaki zenyatta has its player icon included in the bundle, and that’s currently in the shop.
Definitely feels like they actually didn’t bother to include the player icons for these shop skins. It’d be great if they would just give them to us already.
Idk if owners of cyber hanzo, minotaur rein, hermes lucio and detective sojourn have the same issue with missing player icons.
The worst part is, on the desktop app, it literally advertised the Owl Guardian bundle with a pic of the player icon.
This is honestly sad.

I own cybee hanzo and also the player icon, his iconnwas in the bundle together with the skin and a spray.
But for hermes lucio, minotaur rein, and cyber devil widow, thise did not have an icon in their bundle…But i do believe detective sojourn had her playing icon in her bundle tho.
Yeah that’s so freaking sad, like why give us false advertisement for?? That’s just f’ed you ask me
