Where are the Normalwatch patch notes?

I had to go back to the original patch notes for this April Fools because I was on Tracer and was so confused what was even different about her.

It should be in the hero ability description menu. but you know - they are lazy and cant be bothered adding it and expect you to go read the manual like it’s 1995 or something.

Yes, it’s really awkward that Blizzard didn’t bother to release patch notes for this.
