When will this moira glitch be fixed

So i dont normally play moira but today i picked her up in a game and we happened to have a mei on our team, we were in the middle of a team fight and mei walled someone off so i was trying to do damage to them but my beam would only attach to the mei wall … it didnt increase my ult charge or anything and when i said something in chat people said “its been happening for a long time” so are you planning to fix this?

Is this a glitch? My god. All this time I thought it was just a thing I’ll forever have to deal with. Plz fix :disappointed:
