The insane gaps between teams that are supposed to be in the same rank are abysmal. And thats every game going from stomp to being stomped. OW has been out for about 8yrs now and y’all still didnt manage to fix this game. Not like its surprising but its disappointing as hell imagining these bronzeplayers working on balancing the game while not even understanding it. Other devs manage to keep their games balanced as well even for newer games.

Also, “stomp or be stomped” is literally the aim of overwatch. If you’re not trying to stomp your enemy, your doing something wrong.
It’s also nothing to do with match making.
Don’t play mid day/early evening EU time. Thats when ALL the bad dps players are online. Its balanced during EU late nights/early mornings. There’s also a big problem with rank buyers. 90% of the dps are tired of missing all their shots in bronze so they buy a boost to diamond and miss all their shots there 
bad dps is the only reason a team lose this season
It is like the game gets more chill/players who know what they are doing when the kids gets to bed.
Like we need an option 4 what age group we would like to play with…
They claim to have all ranks including bronze and top 500. Top 500 is sus and bronze is just sad. Imagine your literal job is to work on a game that you are bronze in. Then they all play together and claim to have fun so they think it’s fine for all of us to have that much rank disparity in our ranked games as well.

Who said they work on the game in any meaningful way. They could also just be an artist. You don’t have to be good at a game to have good ideas, or good designs.

Jeff was also stuck in gold the whole time he was in charge.
Not sure that has any relevance to his competence at his job.
He’s made an algorithm and system to match people in to a lobby based on a number. He doesn’t even need to play the game to do that

Good question, the answer is a strong “not in this lifetime.” I see them slowly making changes, they have shortened the length of loss streaks that happen after you go on a win streak, but that bug or whatever it is should have been resolved 8 years ago, it’s too late now seeing how similar games are soon to be released and there are still glaring issues with the matchmaker.
OW failed primarily because of broken algorithms in the matchmaker.
Can’t wait for the day you go play something else and realise the grass isn’t greener.
It definitely is greener in the yard of others devs, but until Marvel Rivals is out there is no alternative for a fastpaced teamshooter with the possibility of adaptation to the enemies composition, OW is holding the monopol for now and thats one of the biggest problems bcs it gives Blowzard the power to stay as ignorant towards their playerbase as they are. I played the Beta of Marvel Rivals and will definitely leave this game once Rivals releases and permantently uninstall OW.

I also played it. My opinion is different.
But they are not very similar games. I’ll just play both, one more than the other though.
Whilst I agree some of their decisions have not been to my liking. That doesn’t mean ignorance on their part. Just means I’d of done something else.
Match Making will always be broken, that’s how it feels.
Many have started playing a different game because OW2 has lost its touch. (not replying on Wetwipe on here or EU forums, oh dear) 
EU is just one dude posting the same thing over and over like a broken record.
Is that why you keep going on there? If you behaved, you wouldn’t get banned / suspended. Just a bit of advice. x
