But for real, if you find yourself having a hard time avoiding powering her up, just break her shields and go bananas on her. She can’t be a problem if you hyper focus her.

Depends. If she’s in a position where she can be eliminated, it’s best to burn through the shield and take her down.
If she has another bubble ready to go and/or the full support of her team, it’s best to wait it out.
If you shoot them and your team doesn’t have an opening to actually elim her, you’re going to have a bad time. You’re better off not shooting them and waiting them out. If she’s low, maybe she’s down a support, maybe she’s already used one bubble, yes but you need to try and capitalize on it.

Yeah once you see her use one bubble, you can easily burn through the second with enough focus fire from two or more people.
The higher in ranks you go, the more often you’ll see people burning through both and melting her just to get her out of the way. Or at least, that is how it used to be, and I only know that through word of mouth.
If she’s realistically killable yes pretend the bubble is just more hp
Depends on the situation, gotta read the situation right, if shes too close to cover and doesnt look like your team is going to follow up, try and not damage her bubble, specially if its her first time using one.
You need to track her bubbles, then go hard in on her, she is quite squishy when she doesn’t have her bubbles and her damage isn’t very good if she can’t get charge.
I can beat zaryas as Dva, mostly by playing chicken with my mobility. I try to never shoot her bubbles unless I know I can burst her down once it breaks. (All it takes is my team to actually think 
)
If she is commiting to a fight, burn her bubbles and focus her. If she is not committed, ignore her completely. It’s just that easy.
honestly quite a smart take on it, the ignoring her if shes not commiting part.
