When its zarya+Rein in low rank account. well. theres your problem

really? zarya+rein every game in low rank QP. btw. yes this is a second account. but I never logged a ranked game on my main account that has like 70 hours of play in it?.

when the meta is so in stone that I see more zarya+rein in games than I see a single other tank. theres a problem and look. orisa is okay. and so is sigma. they are very strong still. orisa is still hard to kill (but not impossible like she used to be) and sigma can assassinate non tanks pretty fast. his primary is very reliable considering how it works and he can put out a lot of barriers.

Rein and zarya are by far the strongest tanks in the game because they are overpowered. the two strongest ults in the game. which are they? probably EarthShatter and black hole or graviton. some people would argue but these would be on the top 3-5 list of everyone

they have the strongest base kits in the game too. Barriers got nerfed linearly. the big problem is that Rein Barrier was so much more than everyone else that the nerf didn’t matter at all. when everyone else’s barrier is downed to 600. it doesn’t matter that rein lost 400 hp on his when its an astounding 2000 and is more verstile than others

Am literally watching OWL games. and its the same thing. an ana nanoboost a rein thats gets zarya bubbled and he goes ham on everyone. thats literally the exact same strat I see more than half my games in like level 15 account for someone that never plays ranked ever . thats a problem. and the problem is that rein and zarya have always dominated the meta and shifted every other pick in other roles around them for the vast majority of this game’s existence besides like diva in very high ranks and a few patches of overpowered Orisa and Sigma (and even then they were still picked significant number of times)

people pick mei because who else stands a chance against him or zarya? who?. not because mei is op. but who else can do a damn thing against a nanoboosted or zarya bubble speed boosted rein running at you? even if he doesn’t kill you , you can’t stop him from pushing the objective or just puhsing his dps toward you

TLDR: Rein+zarya have dominated the game, especially rein (since zarya is not always meta in pro play) and the only time anything else is viable is when they are so overpowered they get immediately nerfed. its time to nerf zarya and rein. especially rein.

Sure. Except last time I checked over last two weeks:
It’s only Rein. Often not him.

If you can’t play against a rein who’s passive or hyper aggressive and easy to counter? Don’t assume you’ll do much better against other tanks. Especially high mobility tanks that can obliterate your entire team.

You want counter?

Ana nade. Wait. You’ll rather play passive if opposing Rein is naded. Or better will play Ana when you can’t aim. That’s you problem.
Lucio. If your opposition isn’t running lucio with Rein Zarya, it’s easy to exploit. But well you need more healing right?

Zen discord can make me think twice before swinging my hammer because i effectively have 400 hp.

Any hero with high mobility/vertical mobility.

Stop complaining and better work on yourself.

If some low ranked player believes Zarya is OP, let them believe that. Especially if they are going to spam non stop.

Oddly enough, Zarya is one of the most balanced heroes. If you make mistakes, she’ll punish you. If you can’t stop shooting her bubble to give her 100 charge, is that her or you? That’s what I don’t get.

Few months earlier when Rein was completly unplayable, people like this complained about double shields.

What exactly do they like? How about making tanks and supports just vanish? And make everything about dps?

Beyond tired of people complaining about heroes that aren’t source of the problem.

You want other tanks to be meta? Nerf Mei. See how many tanks you see in your games.

Stop pretending most people on the ladder play Rein as OWL players. Learn to counter it.

I’m not going to try and defend Rein, right now… But Zarya? Something tells me you just watched 1 single game of OWL, saw that happen once then decided to complain that it was happening all the time.
