We are looking at December 11 or 13 most likely with the winter event.

Why not next week? This is because of console certification and the fact that getting a patch one week and getting one the next is unlikely. Winter Wonderland has started around that timeframe for the last 2 years and I don’t expect it will change this year.

I know it’s a long wait and that these changes should be live already, but we have to wait for the next major update, which is winter wonderland.

The torb buff and all the other upcoming changes are most likely being held hostage on PTR for now so they can cram them into the Recycled Wonderland event.
