Nobody even plays hazzard. Absolutely no one complained about him. We nerfed him anyway for the lulz.

Despite nerfing biotic nade’s second bounce perk to 25 damage, we still received a lot of complaints. As such we are further nerfing the damage because clearly that’s the aspect of the kit people complain about.
